1. Acceptance and Contracting

The customer's confirmation of the order or payment of the amount constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions, and establishes a binding contractual relationship between them and Al-Saqr Al-Awwal Advertising Agency.

Any clause may not be amended except with prior written consent from the agency.

2. Scope of Services

These terms apply to all products and services provided by the agency, including:

Design, printing, outdoor advertising, digital marketing, installation of advertising boards, and visual identity services.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due within (21) business days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • In case of delayed payment, the agency has the right to temporarily suspend services or postpone execution without imposing any financial penalties.

  • If the delay exceeds (60) days, the agency has the right to take legal action to collect the dues in accordance with Saudi regulations.

4. Electronic Payment Policy

  • Electronic payment transactions are carried out through a service provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

  • If the amount is deducted from the customer and the transaction is not completed or the order confirmation message is not received, the customer should contact their bank directly according to the instructions of the Saudi Central Bank.

  • The agency bears no financial obligation in the event of a failed operation or a technical error beyond its control.

5. Payment Mechanism

  • Seventy percent (70%) of the contract value is paid upon signing, and thirty percent (30%) is paid before delivery or installation, and this is only in the case of payment in cash or via direct bank transfer.

  • When purchasing through the website using electronic payment, the full amount is paid at the time of the order.

  • The execution does not begin until the advance payment is received or the electronic payment is confirmed.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable after the commencement of execution, except in the case of the agency's breach of its contractual obligations.

6. Warranty

  • The warranty covers manufacturing or installation defects for one year from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty does not cover misuse or damage caused by weather conditions.

  • Any modification or maintenance by an unauthorized party will void the warranty immediately.

7. Claims

  • Any claim must be submitted within (8) business days from the date of receipt of the service or product.

  • Claims are sent via the agency's official email.

  • After the deadline, the service is considered final and no subsequent claims will be accepted.

8. Taxes and Deductions

  • All taxes are applied in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • The client is only responsible for the taxes due by law, and no additional or usurious amounts are imposed.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs and creative outputs remain the property of the agency until full payment is made.

  • After payment, the client is granted the right to commercial use only without modification or resale unless with written permission from the agency.

10. Limitations of Liability

  • The agency is committed to providing its services according to the highest professional and legal standards.

  • The agency is not responsible for any indirect damages or those resulting from third parties.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the provisions of Islamic law and the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Commercial Court in Riyadh is specialized in considering any disputes arising from it.

Legal Declaration:

I, the undersigned (the client), acknowledge that I have reviewed all the terms and conditions mentioned above, and I agree that all my transactions with Al-Saqr Al-Awwal Advertising Agency shall be subject to the provisions of Islamic law and the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

and that any financial or contractual dealings do not involve any form of usury or transactions that are prohibited by Sharia.

I take full responsibility for my commitment to these terms upon completing the purchase or payment.
